Our sewing department is the heart of the factory, with over 300 new machines. This includes everything from basic flat-seam machines to the specialized four-needle six-thread machines essential for durable and comfortable activewear. In the finishing department, new pre-shrinking machines⁷ and steam systems ensure every garment is dimensionally stable and has a premium, wrinkle-free appearance right out of the package. We even installed an overhead hanging system⁸ to move garments between stations, reducing handling and keeping them pristine.
